My own experience started 20 years ago when my life was knocked totally off-balance with a life-threatening disease. I still use these tools that help keep me centred, balanced and as healthy as I can be.
People tell me they’re too busy to be still and meditate, but wouldn’t you prefer to live a life remaining calm instead of being pulled around by family, work and circumstances?
Being able to manage our own nervous system to be able to manage our own emotions is a powerful tool available to all of us.
There is so much more to life than we ever imagined or been taught. By learning how to manage ourselves in new ways enables us to respond to situations maintaining our personal strength and flow.
I know everyone can learn and practice these skills, having learnt to find, and keep, my balance in the most difficult of circumstances. Inner balance helps us to be courageous, tuning into our inner strength, peace and resources at any moment in time.
I know what’s possible when we create stillness in our lives, I’ve seen students turn their lives around from what felt like the depths of despair to living joyfully and peacefully. I want you to be able to find your balance at any moment in time.
I invite you to join me and spend time on yourself, for yourself and your family, creating a space of calm, coming back to balance.
During our 2.5 hours together we will:
- Quieten the mind and learn how to meditate.
- Become aware of the messages our bodies and emotions give us
- Learn how situations and people take our energy
- Recognize our place of balance, our first step to health and healing
