“This mornings walk through nature provided me with the opportunity to take a step back and focus on myself and what was around me, from the fallen leaves to the chirping birds. It pushed me to stop and be fully aware of my surroundings. Marlene offered words of peace and insight that makes one realise how much we miss in a single moment and how fast a moment can be over. Time and my to do list was forgotten. I felt centered within my body and it was an eye opening experience that showed me how much I miss during a day by not living or taking in a moment. It was an amazing and peaceful experience and I would do it again in a heart beat.” Chelsea
